With fresh and lively exchange formats, we connect young professionals with experienced experts from our member companies and explain job profiles via our professional testimonials.
This aims at raising awareness and promoting innovative job profiles to our local talents and their parents as well as building on and complementing the existing initiatives from schools, career guides and professional associations.
In addition to internships in the companies, we have developed the format "Tueftlers-LAB". Together, apprentices and experienced professionals come together and discuss future topics in selected projects.
We aim to create learning spaces for innovation methods separately from companies and educational institutions and to establish and strengthen our creative community in the long term.
How can STEM education be reshaped, especially in Brixen? Perhaps through experimental high schools at the technical college or at vocational schools?
INNOVALLEY, in cooperation with the schools, offices and institutes of educational sciences, as well as with the other location initiatives in South Tyrol, is pursuing these goals and new approaches, the feasibility of which is currently being examined and cast into a flexible training concept.
